Happy Tapping for Good Things

Happy Monday Reader! I wanted to pop by and tell you about something new I'm doing to help you get your day off to a good start.

The more I read and learn, the more two key things come up again and again:

  • Mindfulness meditation, and
  • EFT (emotional freedom technique), aka Tapping.

These, coupled with the powerful practice of Gratitude offer a phenomenal bang for your buck, actually changing how your brain is wired, and truly enabling you to become laser-focused on the Good Things.

This isn't a happy-clappy sticking plaster. Tough things still happen, and negative emotions are a fact of life. But since we all have a natural bias toward the negative, these practices can help balance us out and keep us open to opportunity, magnifying hope and happiness.

So with this in mind...

I'm popping up on Instagram Live to share a simple Happy Tap with you each day. It only takes a couple of minutes and can create a profound shift in your mood.

My test runs have been mildly hilarious but I know which buttons to press now, and I may even get fully dressed and dry my hair. Although no promises, I'm a voiceover in my day job and no one ever usually sees me!

Join me

I won't lie, I'm not a morning person, so assume it will be at some slightly random time between 8 and 10am weekdays. You can click the bell icon on my profile on Instagram to alert you. And if you do join me, please say hi, and then I won't feel like I'm talking to myself. If you miss the Live, by some kind of online magic, it'll appear as a reel on my grid and you can catch up when it suits. Just click on my Instagram link, below.

And yes, I know, I said Tapping was something for next year, but honestly, the impact is so powerful that I can't sit on it until then ☀️

Please just bear in mind, that this isn't therapeutic EFT, it's simply a lovely boost to help you free great. I'll be sharing more in-depth next year as I work through my certification.

Simple, evidence-based tools to make every day better Wonderful Reader I wanted to drop by to say a very big THANK YOU for coming along for the ride this year. I'm so grateful for your support, feedback, and involvement, and I hope this is only the beginning of building something that's truly valuable for you. Simple, evidence-based tools to make every day better Hello Reader Sincerely, thank you for opening this email. I know we all get bombarded every day, and every opened email feels incredibly special. I value your time. Thank you for being here. I'd like to invite you to tap for Love Reader, I'm going to be honest here. I'm in uncharted waters. I've created a Canva slideshow. I've never presented with slides before. My kids think this is HILARIOUS. I'm reasonably confident I've cracked it. But...
