How are you feeling?And I mean really, how are you feeling right now? I’m feeling the weight of the world. I’m having conversations with friends about pain and suffering, and senseless cruelty. And honestly, I feel pretty helpless. But I’ve dug deep into positive psychology, and the very practical process of tapping, and I’ve come up with something I’d love to share with you.
